United Way
If you are a United Way supporter, you can designate your gift by indicating which organization you would like your donation to benefit. United Way will direct your gift accordingly. If you do decide to designate part, or all, of your gift, please consider the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital Foundation (HDMH).
HDMH Foundation is a fundraising organization dedicated to improving health care services for the residents of Muskoka and East Parry Sound. The HDMH Foundation was established as a registered charity in 1984 to receive, maintain and distribute funds raised by personal donations, grants, capital projects and special event fundraising, and special programs not covered by government grants. Although the Foundation does not contribute to operating costs, its mandate is to provide ongoing capital and education resources for Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare - Huntsville District Memorial Hospital.
If you decide to designate your gift to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation, under the designation section on your United Way pledge form all you have to do is state Huntsville District Memorial Hospital Foundation and our charitable registration number, 89371 5292 RR0001.
