HUNTSVILLE HOSPITAL FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP 2012 APPLICATIONS CLOSED
Student Scholarship Application & Guidelines - The Hospital Foundation and Dr. David JP Allan student scholarship assists deserving graduating high school students who reside in communities served by Huntsville District Memorial Hospital Foundation and who wish to pursue post secondary education in the area of Health Sciences. The scholarship is an award recognizing academic excellence or achievement. In certain cases financial need may be taken into account as a secondary criterion to decide between candidates of approximately equal achievement.
Staff Scholarship Application & Guidelines - The staff scholarship is to assist all Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC) employees and volunteers in pursuing further education to enhance their employment or volunteer opportunities at MAHC.
TD Grant in Medical Excellence Scholarship Application & Guidelines - The Huntsville District Memorial Hospital Foundation (HDMH) and sponsor TD Bank Financial Group wishes to encourage the active pursuit of healthcare education. The vision of this Grant is to provide the opportunity for nursing and practicing caregivers' to promote their profession and cultivate healthcare givers within Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC Huntsville Site).
